​YSK2 has a wealth of experience in dismantling redundant equipment, damaged or unsafe structures, which require a great detail of planning and surveys prior to carrying out to ensure this can be carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Where traditional methods of demolition are deemed unachievable, our competent workforce are able to use dismantling methods and techniques to ensure controlled safe measures are implemented for each dismantling operation.  Hand tools and smaller machines are used where necessary in situations in examples where there may be adjacent existing buildings to remain are in close proximity of the project at hand.  This may also be due to noise restrictions of machine access in sensitive locations.
