YSK2 SOFT STRIP SERVICES

YSK2 provides services on the process of removing all non-structural elements inside and outside of a building to facilitate demolition, refurbishment or re-modelling works.  These Soft Strip works can either be undertaken by YSK2 as a standalone project or as part of a package of overall works for a property.

YSK2 Soft Strip works include but are not limited to the following activities:

  • Removal of Fixtures and Fittings

  • Removal of Internal Walls / Non-load bearing partitions

  • Removal of Internal Ceilings / Floors / Floor coverings

  • Removal of Temporary Structures

  • Removal of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems including lighting, cables, cable trays, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems

  • Disconnection and Removal of Utilities

YSK2 recycles as much as the waste as possible to minimise the volume of soft strip waste going to landfill.

Our team has a robust technical expertise and experience in Soft Strip of buildings.  We work on projects of all values from small complex projects to large extensive projects of high rise properties.

Soft Strip Refurbishments require full intrusive method statements, risk assessments, construction phase plans, environmental control measures, site waste management plans specifically for each project this ensures safety & also ensures protection measures are put in place to element where required.
