As Managing Director of YSK2 Engineering Co Ltd, Mr. Thomas Wong brings in his 55 years of extensive experience in construction and demolition works, including supervision and consultancy.

Mr. Wong’s latest involvement was in the promotion of using semi-rigid non-linear analysis for the design of hoarding work. Prefabrication of hoarding could be achieved by using in-situ bolts and nuts joints in lieu of site welding. This would minimize the degree of pollution and avoid the sparks and repelling smell caused by welding along street pavements to passing by pedestrians.
A joint technical paper for the design of hoarding by semi-rigid joint non-linear analysis was presented in a paper in the HKIE Joint Structural Division Annual Seminar February 2017.
Under his leadership, YSK2 has carried out numerous notable demolition projects where environmental management of critical elements of waste such as noise and dust control, recycling and reuse of concrete debris and various salvage materials were initiated by our customers.

Over 20 years of experience on building and demolition projects. He joined YSK2 since the company established, and has successfully delivered many projects and built strong relationships with key clients. Aaron holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management.
Alan Mak

Responsible for overseeing complex building demolition projects from start to finish, Alan develops detailed plans, coordinates crews and equipment, ensures safety compliance, and manages budgets and timelines. Leverages expertise to troubleshoot challenges, implement innovative techniques, and deliver successful project outcomes.
​YSK2 has demonstrated its industry-leading capabilities in adopting environmentally friendly demolition technique such as the use of low noise level hydraulic crushers and tower crane to reduce noise and reduce other environmental impact in dust, which would otherwise be generated by other method of demolition.

Over 20 years of professional experience in working on civil and building construction projects. Joe joined YSK2 in 2010 and led the development and delivery of SHEQS Strategies, both on projects and at business level. He is a member of Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.
Helen Houng
Integrated Management System Manager
Registered Safety Officer and a Registered Safety Auditor. Prior to joining YSK2, Helen has taken up corporate safety management role in an international construction company. Helen has cross industry experience and holds a Master in Business Administration, and Bachelor degree from the States.
